First Entry of promised travel log website

After talking to and promising way too many people an updated website on my travels through Europe, my conscious grew too heavy to ignore the nagging task of actually DOING the damn thing. So you are looking at the first entry into said journal. Without any further excuses.... here she is. Disclaimer: no snide comments from German graphic artists on length of time to get website up (yes, Ivo, I'm talking about you)

Spent the whole day (kickoff at 5am) in Paris; walking, taking pictures, eating, visiting museums that were closed, etc. Paris has some amazing neighborhoods, each with its own unique flair. Some have interesting stores, some center on food, some have historical sights, and others seem to specialize in obnoxious parisians. We had hoped on going to the Centre Pompidou; but, along with what looked like some 40 others who were too lazy to look up the museum hours, we found out it was closed on Tuesdays. Met a nice and very helpful guy at a record store who told us of a good free Drum n' Bass night. So after spending all day on our feet walking in figure 8's around the Seine, we went to dance to d n' b for another two hours. My feet rebelled around 3am and we did a tag team drive back to Fontainebleau.
